I created a new account. I don't have the old user name and password
Reset your password by going to Ancestry.com, clicking "Sign In," and then clicking "Forgot Password?" on the next page. Enter your email address and click Continue. Check your email for the reset code. Enter the code on Ancestry and enter your new password.
