I just got a warning that some of my files can't be opened because my internet security settings have prevented it - from windows security

so far it's 146 files I can't open and the list keeps growing
Follow these steps to temporarily turn off real-time Microsoft Defender antivirus protection in Windows Security:
- Select Start and type "Windows Security" to search for that app.
- Select the Windows Security app from the search results, go to Virus & threat protection, and under Virus & threat protection settings select Manage settings.
- Switch Real-time protection to Off.
OK done
Now try to open one of your files.
OK it's open - now what
That's it. Now you are able to open your files.
do I turn my real-time protection back on?
Sure, you can do this, but you won't be able to open your files.
