Click on it and you'll be prompt to enter the name of the video
You can name it whatever you want
I named it
Now you should see the Project library on the left
Click on the Add button and choose From this PC
Then find your video file

Do you see the Storyboard at the bottom?

Click on your video and drag it to the Storyboard
