Please, follow the next instructions:

  1. Log in to My BT with your current BT ID.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Scroll down to 'Your BT ID details' and click on Edit password.
  4. Enter your new and existing passwords in the required fields, then click Next.
  5. You'll see a confirmation screen completing the password change.
