Please, try to do the following steps:

  1. Open a web browsers app like Chrome or Firefox.
  2. Go to the official PayPal website.
  3. On the PayPal website, select login.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to sign into your PayPal account.
  5. From the front page, tap the icon that has three horizontal lines.
  6. Next. You need to tap the gear icon.
  7. On the next screen, tap Security.
  8. After getting to the Security tab, select Password.
  9. In the Change Your Password menu, you need to enter your current password, new password, and then your new password again.
After changing the password, open the PayPal app and try to sign in again.

This should help to fix thewhite screen issue
