I have a Tom Tom via1510m se which has stopped working

My prior Tomtom had a reset button which could be accessed by using a sharp wire or small paper clip point. I am unable to locate the reset button on this unit. Please advise where and how to access the reset button on my via 1420m se unit.

To reset the device you need to try holding down the power button for at least 15 seconds. After holding down the power button, a drumming noise should indicate a reset.
