To change the confirmation message:
- In Forms, open your form.
- Click Settingsand thenPresentation.
- Next to the Confirmation message, click Edit and enter your text.
- Click Save.
Also, you can simply add a second page to your form.
And post your video on the second page, so It'll available before "Submit" and after your questions.

Yeah, it's working. But in the confirmation message I can paste in only the link, not the video like a youtube videoplayer just like back in the form.
Is there any solution for that?

Ok, *****. I checked it. There is no way for the video itself because the HTML editor isn't available on the Google Forms confirmation page.
So, the only option there is to save it as the link.
