I got a new tv and can't get the cable to come up

It is a smart tv and and the smart part works. can you reboot my service?

1)Grab the Vizio smart TV remote and press the Menu button.
2)Use the Remote's navigational button to go to System > Reset & Admin.
3)Select the Soft Power Cycle option and wait for the process to complete.
