I deleted a contact on telegram and I kinda need it

1. Unlock Google Pixel phone and open Settings app.
2. Tap "Google".
3. Under "Services," tap Restore contacts.
4. Tap From account to select which account's contacts to restore.
5. Tap the device with the contacts to copy.
6. Tap Restore, then wait until you see "Contacts restored."
