In order to do this, please:

On a listing page, select Message Seller under the listing title.
Sign in to your Etsy account if you aren't already, or create an account.
Type your question into the textbox.
After you Send your message, the seller will be notified and can respond.

Use your title to tell shoppers what your item is in a few words. When someone searches on Etsy, the system looks at listing titles, along with tags, and item categories.
