I can't log in to my facebook account because I don't get the code that

I should receive by sms because it is sent to a number that I no longer have. All devices are disconnected from my account because I changed the password. What should I do to recover my account?

I use app on phone and on pc i use website version

I would recommend the following steps to regain access to your account:

  1. Make sure you’re connecting from the WiFi network and device you normally use. Please, visit log in page and press “Forgotten password” button
  2. Find your account by searching for your phone number or email address.
  3. Send a recovery code to email address.
  4. Enter the code carefully, without spaces or other symbols and press "Continue"
