I cannot operate my Foxtel set top box from the Foxtel remote

Do you need to re-pair your iQ4 with Foxtel remote?
I don’t know all I know is the Foxtel is now accessed by the tv remote
My Foxtel remote doesn’t have any control over the set top box I can’t even turn it off or on

Here is what you need to do:
- Make sure the iQ4 is turned on A message should now display on your screen saying your Bluetooth remote is paired.
- You can also test this by pressing any button on the remote; if you see a blue light in the top left corner of the remote, this means your remote is paired via Bluetooth.

Well the set top box is iQ4 but I don’t know what the remote is
I've just double-checked and all the Foxtel remotes have Foxtel name on the top of it.
It's either voice remote or standard remote

Now press and hold the Foxtel and Select buttons at the same time on the Foxtel remote until the light in the top left-hand corner of the remote flashes blue.
