I cannot operate my Foxtel set top box from the Foxtel remote

Here is what you need to do:

• Make sure the iQ4 is turned on A message should now display on your screen saying your Bluetooth remote is paired.
• You can also test this by pressing any button on the remote; if you see a blue light in the top left corner of the remote, this means your remote is paired via Bluetooth.

It should say on the top of the remote FOXTEL

Could you please provide the model of your remote then?

iQ5 you mean?

I've just double-checked and all the Foxtel remotes have Foxtel name on the top of it.
It's either voice remote or standard remote

Then it should still say Foxtel right above the mic icon
That's what Foxtel button is

No worries, they all kind of look the same

Is your box is turned on?

Now press and hold the Foxtel and Select buttons at the same time on the Foxtel remote until the light in the top left-hand corner of the remote flashes blue.

So it's paired?

Okay, sounds good. Please try to use it now with the box
