I cannot access my account to change my email address

My old email no longer exists and it keeps sending me a code to my old address which I cannot access. Can you help? Yes my old account was *****@gmail.com. my password was *****! My name is *****, my billing address is *****. I have tried for several days to follow your on line prompts and I still cannot access my account.

Since we are Howly, we do not have access to Zoom's databases to change your email address from our side.
Please, follow the instructions below:
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362003 <<< Proceed to this link, it will get you to a Zoom's contact page.
There you should click "Chatbot" button, the chat window will pop-up.
There you should type "Change email address" > Select "Login and Account issues" > "Login Issues" > Connect to an Agent" > Chat with an Account Management Agent".
