I can not get on to my Santander internet banking

They have changed something on the web site and first it asked for my user name and password which I had forgotten so I pressed forgotten them then they asked for my date of birth and my account number which I enterd but it still said it was wrong

They allso asked for the last four digits of my ssn which I enterd and they said that was wrong too
