I am unable to get into my Yahoo account my mob phone and email recovery details have changed and are no longer accessible
Short summary:
- Go to https://login.yahoo.com/forgot.
- Enter your Yahoo email address that you are unable to access.
- Click "Continue."
- On the next screen, you will see your recovery options. If you do not have access to any of the options listed, click on "I don't have access to this email address or phone number."
- You will be taken to a new screen where you will be asked to provide an alternate email address or phone number that you have access to. If you do not have an alternate email or phone number, you will not be able to recover your account.
- If you have provided an alternate email or phone number, Yahoo will send you a verification code to that email or phone number. Enter the code on the screen and click "Verify."
- Once you have verified your identity, you will be taken to a screen where you can create a new password for your Yahoo account.
- If you do not have access to any of the recovery options and cannot provide an alternate email or phone number, unfortunately, you will not be able to recover your account online.
- In this case, your only option would be to create a new Yahoo account.

Unfortunately, looks like we can't recover your account online, until you regain access to either of the options
I will never be able to recover the above options
Then I can only suggest making a new Yahoo account
