they all have audio i have no picture on some shows not all, as i am trying to watch so help me todd no picture but when i press fast foward i can see the picture going in the frames then i press play and only have audio again

Let us try to reinstall the Paramount+ app to refresh the app.

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
  2. Select Streaming Channels to open the Channel Store.
  3. Locate the Paramount+ you wish to remove and press OK on your remote.
  4. Select Remove channel and confirm the selection when prompted.

One of the ways to solve it is to reset your Roku device, Let us try it?
I mean TV to reset.
It would reset it to default settings. It would make it as your TV was at first use.

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote. Scroll and select Settings.
  2. Select System. Select Advanced system settings
  3. Select Factory reset.
  4. If you have a Roku TV, select Factory reset everything.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
