I am having problems with my automated messages

To turn off instant reply:
From your Feed, click a flag icon in the left menu.
Click a Page to go to it.
In the left menu below Meta Business Suite, click Inbox.
At the top, click Automations.
Scroll down to Your automations, then click next to an automated message to turn it on or off.

Log into Facebook, then click your profile photo in the top right.

Click See all Profiles, then select the Page you want to switch into.

the questions that are in automated text box, are not the same questions that appears in the messenger app.

Don't you think that the automated questions will appear after the greetings?
May I ask you to click "Hello" and check if they appear?

Please, follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to your page’s General Settings and select Messaging.
  2. Scroll down and select Set up automated responses.
  3. Click on Instant Reply.
  4. Press edit to customize your message.
  5. Make sure Messenger is checked off under Platform. You can also select Instagram to use an Instant Reply there, too.
