3. Select the Factory Reset option.
4. Give your shark robot a few minutes to reset and reboot.

If you can't reboot from the app, we can always do that with the Roomba directly!
Follow this with the Roomba:
1. Turn the robot vacuum cleaner upside down.
2. Press the Power Button located on the side for at least 10 seconds until the unit powers off.
3. Wait for at least 10-seconds before pressing the Power Button again to factory reboot the robot vacuum. The vacuum cleaner should now be reset back to factory settings.
Follow this with the Roomba:
1. Turn the robot vacuum cleaner upside down.
2. Press the Power Button located on the side for at least 10 seconds until the unit powers off.
