Can’t use my mobile as run out of minutes need to know how to get back on track

Can you tell me what mobile network provider do you use? Like o2, T-mobile, Vodafone etc?

Alright, to add minutes please follow these steps:
Log in to the iD Mobile app, go to ‘Add-ons’, click on 'Buy', and choose the add-on you want. Then click ‘Buy now’ and confirm your purchase. Your add-on will be added to your account.
