i need to speak to a representative to correct my current email being sent to trash. I also was hacked yesterday

To attach pictures to our chat, you need to press the paper clip button in the lower right corner of the chat window. Then you have either to choose an image on your device or take a photo right away. Then confirm sending.

In the top right corner of your Yahoo Mail account, you'll see a Settings icon: When you hover over that icon a menu appears and you want to click Settings

As you can see every filter has "Deliver to Trash", that`s why you are facing that problem
Just delete these filters by tapping the icon of trash bin

If you changed the password - you absolutely do not
Just don`t give any information on unknown websites and don`t answer strange emails
Also, I recommend setting 2-Step Verification for your Yahoo account

If you`ve already deleted those filtres, all new messages will go to your ordinary inbox

To move letters from the trash:
Tap "Trash."
Open the message you want to retrieve.
Tap "Move" and select "Inbox."
To set up 2-step verification:

  1. Sign in to your Account Security page

  2. Next to "2-Step Verification," click Turn on 2SV.
  3. Click Get started.
  4. Select Phone number for your 2-step verification method.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
