We’re trying to sign up for Peacock Premium but need to use a different credit card from the one we used before

Short summary:

  1. Open your web browser and go to the Peacock website or app. You can access it by clicking on "Sign in" at the top right corner of the page. Alternatively, you can go directly to the password reset page using this link: https://www.peacocktv.com/forgot
  2. On the sign-in page, click on the "Forgot Password?" option.
  3. Enter the email address that you used when you signed up for Peacock and click on the "Continue" button.
  4. Peacock will send you an email containing a password reset link to the provided email address. Check your email inbox, including the spam folder, for this email.
  5. Once you receive the password reset email, open it and click on the password reset link provided. Please note that the link will be live for 3 hours and can only be used once.
  6. You will be redirected to a password reset page. Follow the instructions on the page to create a new password for your Peacock account. Make sure to choose a strong and secure password.
  7. After entering the new password, click on the "Submit" or "Save" button to save the changes.
  8. You should see a confirmation message indicating that your password has been successfully reset.

Please, note that in order to change your payment information you need to have access to your account.
If you forgot your password I'll be happy to help you reset it!
To reset your forgotten password please do the following:

  1. Go to your account by clicking on Sign in at the top right corner of the website or app. Alternatively, you can go to this page directly: https://www.peacocktv.com/forgot
  2. Select "Forgot Password?"
  3. Enter the email address that you used when you signed up for Peacock and click on Continue.
  4. Peacock will email you a link to reset your password.
  5. Once you’ve received the password reset email, simply follow the instructions provided. The link will be live for 3 hours and you'll only be able to use it once.
