No it gets to the you tube front symbol on the TV and does not move from there nor can we do anything

we have turned off the power replace the batteries in the smart hub remote and no action from there
Have you performed hard reset with your TV?
Please unplug the power cable from outlet at least for 60 seconds
If you mean by turning off upluging the power yes

Also perform the same procedure with your Wi-Fi router/modem
