We are on the internet and can open other service providers

like Disney but when we go to the Netflix command on our hand set it will not open the Netflix

What error occurs when opening netflix?

It will not open at all I can move along the channel selection bar or use the netflix button on the handset, either way it will not open at all. I am in ***** West Australia dont know if my area has a problem but other channels open fine

Its like we have fallen off the service

Unplug your Samsung TV for about 5 minutes before plugging it back in. You must again unplug your Samsung Smart TV for at least 2 minutes. However, you must hold the power button for at least 5 seconds. After the allotted 5 seconds, reconnect your TV and launch Netflix.
