We are looking to get a Lyft for two separate locations

How do we find out if that is possible and what estimated cost would be?

Great!
To add multiple destinations when ordering a Lyft, just do the following:

  1. Tap Set pickup to start booking a ride.
  2. Tap Add Destination to put in your first stop.
  3. Tap the plus button that appears next to the address you just added.
  4. Tap Add Destination to put in your second stop.
  5. Once your destinations are added, you can reverse them if you'd prefer to switch out the order of arrival or tap Request Lyft once you're ready to be picked up.

Ok? But how will they know what time we are ready to go to second and third location? Is there a way for us to know estimated cost?

Do you need to go to the first location, stay there for a while, and go to the second one?

You can easily tell the driver to stop for a few minutes on the destinations.

No, these are yours. At the first location, we would be there 3 1/2 hours. The time at the second location is approx 2 hours.

Then, you can order seperate Lyfts.

It will set a timer and when the ride time will come closer, it will automatically start the search for a driver.

About 5-10 minutes.

I put my picture in there and set up to use my PayPal account but this is the first time I will be using it. Is there anything else I need to do.

You will just need to tap on 'Search destination' and get started.
