Someone pressed some buttons on my samsung remote and it wont stop talking eveytime we turn the tv on or adjust the volume

  1. Navigate to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings.
  2. Go to General & Privacy > Accessibility.
  3. Select Voice Guide Settings and disable Voice Guide.

Try to press and hold the Volume button on your Samsung Smart Remote. Doing so will directly take you to the Voice Guide option. Just press the Center/Select button to turn off Voice Guide.

The instruction above should turn off Voice guide. If you you want, you could set up the volume up to 100 or turn it off.

the screen says enable or disable the voice guidefeature.voice guide will be provided in the current langauge

Open Voice Guide Settings.
Voice Guide is currently enabled. Just press the Center Button and it will be turned off.
