Someone is trying to buy something and paying with Zelle

and it's getting complicated and I don't understand al that is going on and I want to cancel the whole thing, and he says that I am the only one that can cancel the transaction, he said he made the payment and that I need to refund him, anyway, I don't want to go ahead with the tranaction. How can I cancel?
