Yes. it tells me that the line is in use But itss not.
If you're suspecting the issue could be the TalkTalk service, it's better to contact them directly, just to be sure the issue is not on their side, *****.
Try to switch the mains power off, wait five seconds and then turn it on again to reset your product. That usually fixes the issue.
Just an idea. Even the base unti is flashing green light for line in use
