My YouTube tv is not showing fox 10 phoenix l Local channel

As they mentioned in the article that , FOX Regional Sports Networks, and the YES Network, are leaving YouTube TV because of a contract negotiations dispute.
Why is it that I can still get it on my cellular phone

So everything that is local on Fox channel will not come out on my YouTube TV not even regular programs

- If you're watching with our TV app, you can update your current playback area.
- Open the YouTube TV app on your TV.
- Select your profile photo and then Location.
- Select Update next to "Current playback area."
