My Xbox/Microsoft store on my console will not load
Short summary:
- Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
- Select Profile & system, then choose Settings.
- Go to System and select Console info.
- Select Reset console, then choose Reset and keep my games & apps.
- Wait for the console to turn off and prepare for reset.
- Select your preferred language.
- Enter your password when prompted.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the reset.
- Press the Xbox button again to return to the Home screen.
- Navigate to the Store option on the Home screen.
- Check if the store loads properly now.

It just loads back to the Xbox Home Screen
