My tv is not connecting to my Wi-Fi.

The signal strength is excellent and all of my other devices in the house are connected to the Wi-Fi. When I try and connect it gives an error message 014.50 unable to connect to wireless network. I have tried unplugging the tv but that didn’t work.

Ok, usually error above appears if the Wi-Fi Password is not set correctly. So, please check whether you are entering the correct password and try again.

It works! Thank you so much. I didn’t think to unplug the router because the signal wasn’t an issue with any other device.
