My trying to update my you tube tv account and it won’t let me do it on my phone or tablet

YouTube TV no longer accepts payment through Apple’s in-app purchase as of March 13, 2020.
You can still watch YouTube TV content through the app on Apple devices — you just can no longer purchase a YouTube TV membership in the iOS app. If you need help, contact YouTube TV support.
