My samsung phone has locked me out a m8 was being smart ass and put finger

print code ,now it keeps sayin that every 72 hours i need to do a patern i dont have clue wot it is ,i never put locks on my phones for this reson. phone number is***** its conected to a goole account *****@gmail.com

my phone has pattern on it ever time i open it,when i go to learn more it tells me when useing finger print code i havs to do new pattern every 72 hours i dont even know wot the one is now

You can open a new tab by clicking on the plus next to the site
You need to go to this site https://findmymobile.samsung.com/login
And sign in your samsung account

Use the menu on the left side of the screento choose your device from the list.
It may take a few seconds for **Find My Mobile** to locate the device. The device must be powered on in order to be located.
Once your device has been located, you need to click **Unlock**, and then click **Unlock** again. It will prompt you to enter your Samsung account password. When it’s done, then click **Next** to finish. Doing this will reset the Lock screen security type to swipe only
