Please, try these steps:

  1. Press [ MENU, #, 1, 6, 0 ].
  2. Press the arrow up ▲Up Arrow or down ▼Down Arrow button to raise, lower or turn off the ringer volume.
  3. Press [SAVE].
Customer Replay

I did all but don’t see a save button

What do you see on the screen now?

Customer Replay

and my problem is this,,,, only base phone rings for incoming calls.handsets do not ring.

I see
You have to follow those instructions on your secondary phones

Customer Replay

I don’t need volume raised or lowered. I just need all handsets to ring. I have them in different rooms and since they don’t ring I miss calls

Please, try to raise the volume.
The speaker with a slash through it icon is displayed when the ringer volume is turned off.

Customer Replay

Ok. Done

Did the slashed ringer still exist?

Customer Replay

the bell icon with slash is gone from base and handset 2. It is still on handset 3. We aren’t concerned with the 4th handset.

Please, try to do the same with the third phone

Customer Replay

I just did but icon is still there

That icon disappeared on the second phone after following the instructions I've provided?

Customer Replay

but not on 3

Please, try to do that again with the third phone

Customer Replay

i repeated on third phone but icon is still there

Please, try to hold the 0 key on it

Customer Replay

i held until phone beeped but no change

Please, try to follow those instructions once again now

Customer Replay

Would you like to do that with the fours phone?

Customer Replay

Can you try to call to your phone to check if it's ok now?

Customer Replay
