My Hisense TV won't connect to the internet

Have password right, my phone hooks up just fine TV gives a 014.30 error code

Short summary:

  1. Try a soft reset of the TV by unplugging it from the wall and waiting 60 seconds.
  2. While unplugged, press and hold the power button on the TV for 30 seconds.
  3. After the minute is up, plug your TV back in.
  4. Check the ability to connect to the network.

Hello, thank you for using Howly.
Can you please tell me your TV brand and model?
