My facebook account is disabled by mistake

Now I can't access to my instagram account as well, how can I save my instagram account?

You need to submit the “My Personal Account is Disabled” form https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/260749603972907
The forms allow you to contact Facebook directly to restore your account. After you’ve submitted a form, Facebook will contact you via the email address that you’ve provided.
You’ll typically receive a response from them in 1 to 5 business days.

1. Please try to fill out this form: https://help.instagram.com/contact/437908793443074
2. Also, you can use the data access request form if there would be impossible to restore access to that account: https://help.instagram.com/contact/505535973176353
Choose option 1 then option 4. After you submit the form you’ll get an automatic reply. Reply to that and tell them that you want to download your data but your account is disabled.
