Yes I try to log in. It was ok before with finger print now the finger print didn't work and they ask for the passcode and I don't have a passcode

I already removed the telegram and reinstall it and theirs a massage say they send the password into Instagram and it shows my phone number and they want me to send the code to them but I cannot open the Instagram to look for the password and I check the massage in my phone but nothing there I removed and reinstall the telegram twice already the same thing happened I don't know what I have to do now
