Yes I try to log in. It was ok before with finger print now the finger print didn't work and they ask for the passcode and I don't have a passcode
You can reset it by reinstalling Telegram app

I don't know but how about I might lose my data inside

You won't lose it
You just need to log back in after reinstall
To reinstall the Telegram, just press and hold on it's icon and choose Delete
Then, go to the Google Play and download it back

I already removed the telegram and reinstall it and theirs a massage say they send the password into Instagram and it shows my phone number and they want me to send the code to them but I cannot open the Instagram to look for the password and I check the massage in my phone but nothing there I removed and reinstall the telegram twice already the same thing happened I don't know what I have to do now
