Check whether the remote has an Input/Source button. If so, press the button and select the input that matches the source.
If your remote lacks this feature, press the Home button, go to the TV’s Upper-Right corner for the Input Icon, and then click on it.
If your inputs are labeled, click All Inputs to see each of the Port numbers.

On your remote, press the Home button.
Click on Settings. After that, select QUICK SETTINGS.
Select Open channels, Channel tuning, and then Manual Tuning.
Click on Channel Watching.
Check the signal strength it shows nothing

Are you using an antenna, or are you connecting something through an HDMI cable?

It should be connected to your TV with a cable.
Could you please check, on the back side of your TV near the HDMI outputs, there should be an AV output with a round cable, is it there?
