Just signed up for YouTube tv and on home page clicked on football game and it says playing but screen is black

Where is log out?

To sign out of an account from YouTube on TV:

  • Open the YouTube app on your TV.
  • Then select the left menu.
  • Now select your profile picture to open the accounts page.
  • Select your account from the list and click on Sign out.

Try to reset the YouTube TV app on your TV:

  1. Go to the left-hand menu, and press Settings.
  2. Scroll down and locate the Reset app option.
  3. Click on the Reset button two times to perform an app reset.

only see column right side and under settings don’t see reset app option
membership, billing, 4K but no reset app and this tv is only 1 year old smart tv

Please check for Software Update on your TV:

  • For that you need to head towards Settings>Support>Software Update>Update Now.
  • If their availability of the update, it will automatically update, and after that TV will restart.
  • If there is no availability, tap OK.
