What troubleshooting have you done so far?
ive contacted bt to check the broadband connection which is fine. I’ve made several attempts to make the wireless connection to the tv and each time it has failed
How exactly did you try connecting your TV to the wireless connection?
Were you configuring it in the settings?
i just followed the instructions on the screen, entering the wireless network name and then the wireless password/key
Add what error message did you receive?
that the network connection had failed and to retry which I did
Can you, please, reset the BT router and try again?
I understand BT told you your broadband is fine, but it is just to make sure :)
