I’m trying to reset my Oculus Quest 2 and I’m having alot of problems

I'm not sure where to start with the reset process.
Initially I began setting up my son's Oculus account, but it's connected to his mother's email address and she can't find the information we need.

Now you'll have to log in with your Oculus account and redownload your apps. You'll have to have the original username and password. You can certainly create a new account, but purchases are tied to the account, not the headset.
