Im having trouble connecting my smart T6R to the intenet can you help?

So, what problems with connecting it to the internet do you have?

I have a Worcester boiler that is connected to a smart termostat supplied by Honeywell, I can connect to the black box but that just says that it has no internet connection

it says go to the internet setting on the black box, which I can do but that just says connecting, which I'm assuming is to the white box on the wall next to the boiler, with that it says hold the button for 3 seconds and it will connect, but it doesnt

the white box on the wall just says press reset then hold the button for 3 secconds and it will go into discovery mode, which it does but still doesnt connect

I can connect to my wifi with my phone and the honeywell thermostat

o, it just says connecting, which i think is the problem the black (T6R thermostat) cannot connect to the white box on the wall (nextx to the boiler)
that should have said no, it does not say connection sucsessful

there is a white box on the wall with honeywell written on it, and i believe the thermostat needs to connect to it?

It's hard to tell since I don't see the whole setup
Could you please specify the models of both devices?

I dont think the white box has a model number on it, i will check

I believe its called a Receiver Box
I have just managed to Bind the two devices, however the black thermostat box still says there is not internet

it says E58C4E then it says connecting, but it doesnt allow me any options, I.E what to connect to?

  • Open the Google Home app .
  • Touch and hold your thermostat's tile.
  • Tap Settings Remove device.
  • On your thermostat, go to Settings Account Disconnect.
  • In the Home app , tap at the top left of the home screen.
  • Tap Set up device New device.
