If I buy a new in box sealed Harmony product off of ebay will you still honor the warranty?

If the eBay seller is an authorized Logitech Dealer or Reseller, then the warranty will be applied and you will be able to prove the validity of the purchase. If NOT, then I'm really sorry, but no warranty will be applied.
