Follow the instructions to add money to your PayPal account from your credit card:

Log into your account or if you don't have an account create one using this link: https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/wallet
Go to your Wallet.
Click Transfer Money.
Select your preferred way of adding money. Enter the amount.
Choose either 'In seconds with debit' or 'up to 5 days with your bank'.
Adding money from your bank account to your PayPal Balance or Business account usually takes up to 5 business days

To transfer money to your cousins Paypal account, you have to transfer money from your bank account to your Paypal account
