I want to change my Netflix plan from 2 screens to 1.

I subscribe through itunes but it won't accept my apple id

Short summary:

  1. Go to netflix.com/youraccount in a web browser and sign in.

Yes I do all that and because I subscribe through itunes I have to put in my apple id but it is not being accepted. Just keeps asking for apple id.

  1. Open the App Store app.
  2. Click the sign-in button or your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
  3. Click Account Settings at the top of the window. You might be asked to sign in.
  4. On the page that appears, scroll to Subscriptions, then click Manage.
  5. Click Edit next to the Netflix subscription, since that is the one you want to change.
  6. Finally, choose a different plan option.
