To attach pictures to our chat, you need to press the paper clip button in the lower right corner of the chat window. Then you have either to choose an image on your device or take a photo right away. Then confirm sending.

And it wants me to log out of other devices. I am on the computer.

I don't know what you mean by my full credentials

I mean username and password you had with Disney Plus previously

I don't know what my password WAS, I just got onto it by having them send a code and then entered it, and now I'm sitting with the passwrod in red.

You may try resetting the password
Here's how

  1. On the Disney+ welcome page, select LOG IN.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Select CONTINUE.
  4. Select FORGOT PASSWORD?
  5. Check your inbox for an email from Disney+  there is no welcome page, just shows a bunch of movies I can look at. (subject: Your temporary passcode)
  6. Enter your 6-digit verification code to verify your email address.
  7. Enter new password.

Can you please try to reset password on phone?
In a web browser.
You can just type in web browser : "disney plus reset password"
