I set up an automatic paypal payment for Stan but I have been charged twice a month with 2 different amounts 2 days

I subscribe through Paypal and one charge was $16 and $19 and is now $19 and $21. I only have one auto subscription set up of $16

If you are being charged twice by Stan, it is possible that you have created two separate accounts using different email addresses.

Got you, let's try to check your billing history in your Stan account
Follow these steps:

  1. Using a web browser on a PC, head over to stan.com.au and log in to your account.
  2. Hover your mouse over your profile in the top right corner and select Manage Account.
  3. Scroll down the page and you will find Account History.
