I paid my bill yesterday, internet has been restored, but my fetch box is not responding

Short summary:

  1. Turn off the modem and Fetch Box:
    Locate the power points for both the modem and Fetch Box and switch them off.

Noted, thus, let's do the following to fix this issue with Fetch:

  1. Turn off your modem and your Fetch box at the power point and unplug both for 30 seconds.
  2. Plug them both back in. Wait for the modem to reconnect and show a stable pattern of lights, then turn on the Fetch box and wait for it to establish a stable connection.
