I need to find out what exactly is Google*WM Max L

And why I'm being charged $16.20 a month for it

Short summary:

  1. Check your bank statement and confirm if there is a charge from HBO Max.
  2. Reach out to HBO Max customer support for further assistance with the payment inquiry.

Hello, thank you for using Howly. I’ll be happy to help you out! May I ask your name?

Nice to meet you, *****!
It seems to be a payment for HBO Max

Do you use that?

Customer Replay

Yes I do. It used to say HBO max on my bank statements, so I guess I should have figured it out when Max was in there
Plus, it's a new price

Do you see that statement on your bank account?

Customer Replay

That's why I contacted you. It was on my statement and I didn't recognize

It's frustrating not knowing what you pay for....

I had a similar issue with a different descriptor on my bank statement. It turned out to be a subscription payment for an online service.
