Yes. Could not even find an Instruction manual--which is what is stated on the bottom of the battery.
Sorry, I'm not quite sure why you need a manual for charging
To "find the right charger" is why the back of your battery advises to find what charger is recommended in the manual. Since I could not locate that reference, that is why I am chatting with you.

Yes, I think that is the same battery. The top 2-3 inches of the battery is completely round.
