I tried to sign in and said I needed WiFi even though I was connected so solution were restart the console or remove and re Add and that's when I forgot my account

But it's not a new password it's recovering my old Xbox One account

I was able to get into Microsoft it showed my purchase history and stuff like that but it didn't show that account that I use the @outlook.com one
